As finalist architect through a competition to design an iconic building promoted by a corporate client who own the site, we have been asked to propose an high quality landmark building and to develop a prestigious river based complex to include a high quality celebrity restaurants, exhibition space, a location for conference and corporate events and appropriate leisure activities such as concert hall and theatre.
The proposed floating structure subdivided in five circular elements of different heights and width will form a wonderful addition to the river Thames landscape and will provide an iconic presence to the London scene.
