Buddhist Centre - Campbell Road, South London
This project is part of a new initiative to create a new Buddhist (Oswall) Centre for South London. The former church, circa 1880, is Listed Grade II and of strong architectural character with ornamented and dressed stone walls and spire will be retained and converted. The new facilities for the new development include:

1. Large Meeting Hall with the capacity to accommodate a seating facility of 500 people minimum with catering and toilet facilities and a small office area.

2. Medium Meeting Hall with the capacity to accommodate a seating facility for 250 people minimum with catering and toilets facilities and a small office area.

3. Small Meeting Hall for the Temple with the capacity to accommodate a seating facility for 150 people minimum with catering and toilets facilities and a small office area.

4. Self contained area to accommodate as part of their education programme a minimum 20 classrooms for 25 student each, with toilets and canteen/kitchen facility.

5. Caretaker self-contained accommodation.

6. Self-contained office and administration area with small kitchen and toilets facilities.

7. 20 bed-sit facilities with toilets, canteen and living area facility.

8. Parking facility at basement level with the capacity for at least 80 vehicles.

9. Day recreational facility for young members.

10. Recreational facility for older members.

11. Meeting room(s) for directors/members.

12. Day nursery/crèche.
