Sutton Common Road, Sutton This is an unusual glass circular building, which steps in height around its central axis. This represents an iconic building comprising 18 luxury apartments. The central axis contains not only the main spiral staircase but also two adjoining glass elevators protruding through the roof line in order to dominate externally as well as internally. An organic shaped swimming pool is part of the residents amenities together with a water feature at the front which acts as a threshold between the external space and the entrance hall via a glass bridge.
